Operations Manager
Experienced across both operational and administrative roles as well as being legally qualified, Maddi brings a strong mix of structure, clarity, and practical problem-solving to the team. Her background includes time spent at a luxury car dealership, where she developed a sharp eye for detail and a client-focused approach, as well as assisting clients with their insurance needs.
Now in her role as Korsa’s Operations Manager, she uses that blend of experience to support the team and keep things running smoothly.
